How to request deletion

1. Send an email to abdallahmdira@gmail.com with the subject "SportIQ data deletion".
2. Include the email or phone number of your SportIQ account and the phone number you used for payments.
3. We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

You can also delete your account instantly inside the app: Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password.

What we delete

• Your account (email or phone number, password hash, linked device ID)
• Mobile-money phone number and payment submissions (transaction IDs)
• Push notification token for your device
• AI chat messages and generated slips stored with us

What we may keep

Records of approved payments (amount, date, transaction ID) may be kept for up to 12 months for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. We never store mobile-money PINs or card details.
